Are you a Housing Options Officer who has experience working within the public sector?
A Local Authority in Worcestershire are looking for a Housing Options Officer to join their team.
What you will do:
- Completing S184 decisions and developing personalised PHPs
- Multi-agency working with internal and external agencies in local government
- Assessing priority need to prevent homelessness
- Working on an average caseload of 30-35
About you:
- Experience working within local government as a Housing options Officer, working with a variety of clientele, across singles and families
- Knowledge of all relevant housing case law and legislation including Part VI and VII
- You will work on a hybrid basis (2x days a week in the office)
- Your rate of pay is negotiable depending on experience
- Experience using Jigsaw is desirable, but not essential
