Architectural Technician / Technologist

Conrad Consulting, in partnership with a small but well-regarded Architectural practice near Wakefield, are seeking an Architectural Technician or Technologist to join an experienced team within our client's new regional studio.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a practice known for high-quality residential design, with a head office in Cheshire, due to a very robust pipeline of projects, they are expanding their operation into West Yorkshire by opening up a new office.

We are looking for an individual with strong experience in the Residential sector and keen to expand on the traditional Technologist role by getting involved in Project Management & Project Administration. Their work includes housing extensions, new-build dwellings, townhouses, and property refurbishments. The successful candidate will become part of a team that has established itself as a go-to consultancy in the North of England.

What we're looking for:

• A relevant architectural qualification (HNC, HND, or Degree).
• Proficiency in AutoDesk REVIT and AutoCAD software.
• Background in Architectural Practice or Consultancy.
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience.
• Solid experience working on residential projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Desirable: Experience in project management or project administration within an architectural or construction context.

A competitive salary is on offer for the successful candidate in the region of 26,000- 32,000, negotiable depending on experience. Benefits include flexible hybrid working, 21 days holiday, peoples pension, anual summer and christmas events.
