Property Lettings Manager

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Property Valuer/Lister to cover Whittlesey and surrounding villages. If you have at least 1 year of sales or estate agency experience and a strong drive to succeed, this role offers great earning potential and career growth.

Salary - £30,000 - £45,000 OTE

Monday to Friday + Saturday (day off in lieu)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert new valuation leads into sales listings
• Conduct property valuations and market appraisals
• Canvass locally through door knocking, leaflet dropping, and networking
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships

Ideal Candidate:

• Confident, professional, and well-presented
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Target-driven with strong time management and initiative
• Comfortable working independently and within a team

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year estate agency experience
• Driving licence and access to a car
