Job Description

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will assist solicitors and conveyancers in managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion. You will play a vital role in ensuring the process runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting fee earners with the management of residential conveyancing files
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Conducting property searches and reviewing title documentation
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
  • Preparing completion statements and handling pre- and post-completion matters
  • Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a conveyancing role (paralegal or legal assistant)
  • Sound knowledge of the conveyancing process and related legal procedures
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client-care skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Proficient in using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office
