Commercial Finance Analyst
Location: Tamworth (Hybrid)
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with commercial teams to provide financial insight and challenge

  • Analyse and report on revenue, pricing, and margin performance

  • Build and maintain forecasting and budgeting models

  • Support financial planning cycles, including scenario analysis and reforecasting

  • Produce actionable management reports and dashboards

  • Assess pricing proposals, business cases, and investment opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CIMA/ACCA/CPA is advantageous)

  • Experience in a commercial finance or financial analyst role

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A proactive, commercially curious mindset with a problem-solving approach
