Founded by experienced professionals from Uber, WeWork, and Amazon, Natter is seeking its final Seed-stage team hire: a Staff Front End Engineer.
Our platform is used by major companies like PwC, Legal and General, and Miro, supporting large-scale, real-time video interactions that empower users to influence key decisions.
Remote (EU) (GMT +- 3 hours) Responsibilities
- Own and shape the frontend architecture of the Natter platform, contributing to its scalability and robustness.
- Lead architectural discussions and uphold high technical standards.
- Promote a culture of quality, testing, and continuous improvement within your team.

Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of frontend development experience in production environments.
- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Deep understanding of ReactJS & Redux.
- Experience with WebRTC, Sentry, Jest/Vitest, and cross-browser testing.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work well in ambiguous, startup-like environments.
Desirable Skills
- Experience developing high-load frontend applications and maintaining component libraries.
- Knowledge of functional programming and cross-browser compatibility.
- Enjoyment of working in early-stage startups.
