We re excited to be partnering with a growing professional services firm in the search for an experienced HR Manager to join them on a newly created role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a standalone HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to make a real impact from day one.

As the business continues to expand, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping and supporting the people agenda driving operational excellence while implementing efficient and scalable HR processes.

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Acting as the go-to HR expert across the business, advising on all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Implementing and optimising HR systems and processes to support scalability and compliance
  • Supporting leadership with talent, performance and engagement initiatives
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding, policy development and day-to-day HR operations
  • Helping to build a strong culture as the business grows

What We re Looking For:

  • A confident, standalone HR professional with a proven background in a fast-paced, professional services environment
  • Strong HR systems knowledge implementation experience is a big plus
  • A hands-on, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
  • Comfortable managing change and building structure where needed
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) desirable
