Our Client
Our client is a leading charity based in Oxford.

The Role

This role will require an immediate start.

A key HR leadership role supporting culture, performance, and organisational growth.
• Deliver the people strategy across the full employee lifecycle
• Lead and coach the HR team
• Drive L&D, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives
• Partner with SMT and act as HR safeguarding lead

Main Duties
Manage day-to-day HR operations and long-term planning.
• Oversee employee relations and policy development
• Shape learning and development across the organisation
• Deliver people-focused reporting and workforce planning
• Champion EDI, wellbeing, and cultural change

The Successful Candidate
Immediately Available
• Strong generalist HR background with experience advising leaders
• Confident handling complex HR issues and change
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience) desirable

What s on offer?
  • £55,000 per annum (12-month fixed term).
