MORTGAGE BROKER

Clark James Recruitment are working with a highly professional Mortgage Brokerage, due to further expansion within their team they currently have an opportunity for a Mortgage Broker to join their business.

Role

• Full time Mortgage Broker opportunity on an employed basis.
• Five day working week, including some Saturday working (if a Saturday is worked a day off in the week is provided).
• Hybrid/work from home can be considered, the role would be fully office based during probation period.
• Servicing leads provided via several introducers, the web, social media, and an extensive client bank.
• We also receive numerous recommendations plus a high client retention rate for repeat business due to the exceptional customer service we all provide.
• Onsite parking.
• Brokers are provided with admin support, training where necessary, regular sales meetings, annual conference.

Candidate

• Experienced and suitably qualified Mortgage Brokers with a proven track record of sales, success and excellent customer service skills, who want to join a progressive, award-winning company that can provide you with a good supply of leads!
• Well presented.
• Confident, well-spoken and driven.
• Excellent track record of providing exceptional service.

Package

• Basic salary to £30,000.
• Realistic OTE £60,000 including commission and annual bonus.
• Generous annual leave entitlement.
