KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Chef De Partie for our client based in Grantown-On- Spey.

As a Chef De partie your working hours and days are:

  • 5 out of 7 days per week
  • 37.5 hours per week

The rate of pay as a Chef De Partie is:

  • £16.00 p/h

Duties and responsibilities as a Chef De Partie are:

  • Cooking and preparing high quality dishes
  • Being responsible for health and safety
  • Being responsible for food hygiene practices
  • Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
  • Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines

The ideal candidate for a Chef De Partie would need:

  • Food Hygiene Level 2 (must have)
  • Experience as a Chef De Partie
  • Be able to stay calm under pressure
  • A good eye for detail/ presentation
