Job Description
RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT x 2 - TEMPORARY DIVISION
Location: Sudbury, Suffolk (with travel to Ipswich office) and Ipswich Suffolk (with travel to Sudbury office)
Hours: Monday - Thursday , 8:30am - 5:30pm - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Temporary Division as a Recruitment Consultant based in our Ipswich and/or Sudbury offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and managing a pool of temporary candidates for a wide range of roles
Placing candidates into temporary roles
Conducting interviews, reference checks, and handling compliance for temporary staff
Advertising roles and placing adverts.
Requirements:
Excellent administration, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to gain people's confidence and put them at ease
Persuasive, persistent, and patient
Able to cope with fast moving deadlines
Good IT skills and a high level of accuracy
Own transport an advantage, a clean license is essential.
