Salary:

• Basic: £21,000
• On Target Earnings: £25,000 - £30,000 (Uncapped earning potential )

Work Pattern:

• 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off).

A Day in the Life of a Sales Advisor

• Kick off your day with a coffee and team catch-up during the morning meeting.
• Connect with customers your phone will be your ultimate tool!
• Help customers with their property journey, offering expert advice and recommending additional services.
• Arrange and host property viewings or open days, providing exceptional customer service.
• Negotiate offers and celebrate as deals get agreed and accepted.
• Deliver keys and witness the joy as customers step into their new homes.

What Do You Need?

• You should already have at least 6 months experience in an estate agency Sales role.

• A full driving license and your own car.
