Our client is currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their fast-growing team. Working in a fast paced and high volume vacancy environment, the Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing and building a pool of readily available candidates.

Key Responsibilities for the Recruitment Coordinator

  • High volume calling and sourcing of candidates on a daily basis
  • Building a pool of readily available candidates
  • Updating and adding new talent to a CRM
  • Planning high volume recruitment campaigns and projects across the UK
  • Resource planning recruitment for holiday cover
