Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, pastry, etc.).
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to menu standards.
  • Supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure smooth station operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
  • Assist with inventory and stock control.
  • Ensure food is prepared and served on time.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
