Client Host

We are looking for a strong, pro-active, immaculate Front of House - Client Host with excellent people skills and a team player, providing 5 meeting & conferences, events, private dining and reception services, working directly for JLL London Corporate Estate.

What this job involves

  1. A JLL ambassador covering Front of House Reception services across our 3 main London offices.
  2. Welcome and meet and greet for all visitors and clients.
  3. Assist with internal/external bookings as required with full meeting room accountability.
  4. Ensuring that all JLL meeting rooms, services, VC, facilities and public areas are set and maintained to the expected JLL standards.
  5. Ownership and ability to facilitate room set ups.
  6. To communicate the needs of the client accurately and timely to the relevant parties providing services for events.
  7. Be aware of room status in client rooms at all times & support internal rooms appropriately, ensuring the room is ready prior to the next booking.
  8. Comply with the JLL - Front of House Services Standard Operating Procedures.
  9. Provide/report information on the available facilities, arranging viewings and accompanying clients on tours of the facilities as and when required.
  10. To provide support as requested by the Client Services Supervisor and/or other support teams.
  11. Maintain a strong awareness of business activity & communicate all updates with regional team members.

To apply you need to be / have:

  1. Good educational background & a solid command of written & spoken English.
  2. Experience of working within a Corporate or Hotel Reception, fast-paced environment.
  3. Professional/confident telephone manner and excellent oral & written communication skills, good computer literacy.
  4. Ability to use initiative and remain calm under pressure.
  5. Immaculate presentation.
  6. A strong team player with the ability to multi-task & prioritise work commitments.
  7. Flexible approach to departmental requirements.
  8. Good sense of humour & an approachable personality.
