Head Chef - High End Casual - Open Fire - Big on Seafood - Locally Sourced

Location: Brighton

Salary: Up to £50,000

We are seeking Head Chefs with experience in Premium Casual Dining and a strong background in High-Volume Restaurant Environments. You will bring passion and creativity to a sustainable, locally sourced menu with the opportunity to craft mouth-watering dishes using the finest fresh ingredients. We are committed to ensuring our Chefs work no more than 48 hours a week, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional quality while enjoying your time outside the kitchen.

What we would LOVE from you:

1. Proven experience as a Head Chef, particularly in premium casual dining or high-volume environments.
2. A passion for sustainability and locally sourced ingredients.
3. Strong leadership and organisational skills to run a busy kitchen efficiently.
