They are committed to ensuring our Chefs work no more than 48 hours a week, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional quality while enjoying your time outside the kitchen.

We are seeking Head Chefs with experience in Premium Casual Dining and a strong background in High-Volume Restaurant Environments. What we would LOVE from you:

1. Proven experience as a Head Chef, particularly in premium casual dining or high-volume environments.
2. A passion for sustainability and locally sourced ingredients.
3. Strong leadership and organisational skills to run a busy kitchen efficiently.
4. A desire to mentor and inspire a dedicated kitchen team.
