Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Contract Administration and Employer's Agent roles, including attending meetings, conducting site inspections, drafting specifications, and procuring tenders.
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings and handle Planning Applications.
- Support in Pre-Acquisition Surveys, Schedules of Dilapidations, and Party Wall documentation.
- Gain on-the-job learning experiences across various sectors while contributing to the delivery of high-quality surveying services.
Requirements:
- RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree.
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
