Fit-out (sprinklers, glazing, lifts, dry lining, escalators)
Contract Type: Contract day rate or permanent dependant on preference / availability
Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience
Duration: 1 year, potential to stay on
Location: Oxford Street
Working hours: (Apply online only), Monday-Friday site based with 1 day working from home
Our client is a leading construction company in the UK looking to recruit an experienced Design Manager to join their Oxford Street site.
Day to day responsibilities include managing the fit-out design, liaising with senior managers and managing sub-contractors on site.
Must be experienced in fit-out (sprinklers, glazing, lifts, dry lining, escalators), some structural knowledge / experience would be desirable.
CSCS card would be advantageous.
