Liaise closely with engineers to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Respond to incoming calls, emails and customer queries promptly and professionally. Work with administration colleagues to maintain accurate customer and job information. Liaise with suppliers, vendors, contact centres and other internal departments. Overseeing the start of Section 278 highway works from mid-October, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and in line with the highway authority agreement.
