I am looking for Reward Specialists who are immediately available to support my client on a 6-8 week minimum project.
- Must be trained in the Hay Methodology
- Experience in job evaluations and pay modelling.
- Managed annual processes including pay review and bonuses related to performance.
- Benchmarking
- Experience in managing performance and recognition schemes
