Job Description

I am looking for Reward Specialists who are immediately available to support my client on a 6-8 week minimum project.

  • Must be trained in the Hay Methodology
  • Experience in job evaluations and pay modelling.
  • Managed annual processes including pay review and bonuses related to performance.
  • Benchmarking
  • Experience in managing performance and recognition schemes

Immediate start and fully remote.
