Location: Middlesborough Patch (roughly 1-hour radius)
Salary: Up to £36,000 + Overtime (Paid Door to Door)

About the Role:
We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team, specializing in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of material handling equipment. Key Responsibilities as a Field Service Engineer:
  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on a wide range of material handling equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Respond promptly to service callouts, delivering effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and support.
  • Accurately complete service reports and maintain records for each job.
  • Ensure all work adheres to safety and quality standards.
  • Exercise autonomy in scheduling and prioritizing daily tasks to meet customer needs efficiently.

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience working on vehicles, plant equipment, motorcycles, agricultural machinery or something similar.
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in a related field is preferred
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Full right to work in the UK indefinitely.
