Job Title: Pre Construction Manager
Salary: 60,000 - 65,000
Location: Cambridge
Sector: Offsite Construction

Are you an experienced pre construction professional with a background in leading a team?
Would you enjoy working for a business operating across a range of different sectors?

A fantastic opportunity to join a business who are delivering MMC projects across a range of different sectors including education, retail, healthcare & residential. You will be responsible for all pre construction duties which will ensure all bids are met on time and within budget.

As Pre Construction Manager you will:

• Work alongside Directors & Project Managers to ensure smooth handovers
• Lead all communication with clients in pre construction stages
• Maintain & build relationships with clients to ensure a high rate of repeat business
• Manage all pre construction service agreements
• Mentor and lead a team of pre construction professionals

We would welcome conversations with Pre Construction Managers who:

• Has a background in new build construction
• Possess the ability to lead, manage & mentor a team
• Are experienced in preparing tender submissions
• Can communicate clearly across all levels including both internal & external teams
• Have a strong capability using different software packages, specifically MS Office
