Lead Design Coordinator - Water & Civil Engineering Manage the design budget and ensure designs are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality. Challenge the design process to avoid delays.Responsibilities
- Manage designers and coordinate with other teams.
- Follow company procedures for quality, health, safety, and environment.
- Develop and manage the design budget and related documentation.
- Ensure all designs meet client specifications and national standards.
- Log all design documentation correctly.
- Hold workshops to review and challenge designs.
- Submit designs for client review and manage subcontractor designs.
- Attend meetings and tests to ensure compliance.
- Communicate with all project stakeholders.
- Assist in project tracking and reporting.
- Contribute to developing department procedures and systems.
- Comply with health and safety policies.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential:- HNC/D in civil, electrical, mechanical, or process engineering.
- Knowledge of Process Safety/Hazard Management.
- Familiarity with CDM Regulations 2015.
- Relevant experience in design and build environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
