Technical Projects and Hard Services Manager

• Location: Oxford/Abingdon/M4 corridor (other locations as required)
• Provides services to: Clients, Suppliers, Management and other staff as required
• Hours: The successful candidate will normally work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, however flexibility is required
• Salary: Competitive, subject to experience

• Experience/Qualifications: Minimum of 5 year s experience of similar role within the FM industryTechnical background in M&E mandatory with suitable qualifications

SUMMARY
Accountable for overseeing Tenders and overall expansion within the Hard Services sector, providing technical guidance to internal stakeholders as well as oversight of all projects of significant value. You will require the necessary skills to assist with project scoping and specifications, scheduling, quoting, work sign off, as well as invoice substantiation and validation. You will also assist with general contract management when necessary, ensuring PPM, Reactive & Quoted works are managed effectively and to a high standard.
