Interim Director of Operations

This role will lead operational delivery by making best use of all resources and driving maximum value to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care, with particular attention to the delivery of our agreed performance targets and outcomes, value for money, and most importantly, the management of the majority of our staff.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for operational leadership of flow and management of demand and capacity across services.
2. Responsible for the implementation and delivery of agreed change programmes, supporting the realisation of our strategic priorities.
3. Be the Board level lead for Emergency Preparedness Resilience and Response (EPRR).
