Sales Estimator Location: Slough Salary: £32,000 per annum Hours: Full Time Working Pattern: 8:00am-4:00pm or 8:30am-4:30pm Overview A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a growing team as a Sales Estimator . This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn - no prior industry experience is required , as full training will be provided. You will support the field sales team by producing quotations, coordinating project enquiries, and assisting with concept layout drawings. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers receive accurate information and a high level of service. Key Responsibilities Review incoming project enquiries and check the required equipment details. Work with internal teams on technical or installation-related questions. Assist with producing basic concept layout drawings alongside the CAD department. Gather pricing information for standard and non-standard equipment. Prepare accurate, professional quotations aligned with company pricing structures. Ensure all documentation is error-free and meets internal quality standards. Update and revise quotations where required, communicating changes clearly. Distribute sales leads and maintain accurate enquiry records. Produce monthly summary reports of active enquiries. Work closely with colleagues to ensure installation and equipment details are accurate. Check received fabrication against drawings and customer specifications. Communicate approvals or amendments to fabricators when required. Support additional duties across the team as needed.
