Own and refine the CSM benefits management strategy taking into account the wider CSM and organisation methodology Oversee the CSM Portfolio Benefits Realisation Plan including change control. Identify risks to benefits realisation. Develop and propose mitigations stablish the mechanism for co-ordinated and consistent tracking and reporting of benefits throughout the CSM Portfolio lifecycle and into realisation Essential: Proven track record in benefits management Extensive stakeholder engagement Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
