In this role, you will work directly with employers and apprentices to support them throughout their learning journey. You'll help source suitable placements, schedule college attendance, conduct apprentice reviews, assess workplace evidence against National Occupational Standards, and ensure learners receive the guidance they need to succeed. Full training will be provided to help you transition smoothly into the role. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Plumbing and Heating Engineer, ideally with experience working independently or managing your own workload. You will need an NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or advanced craft and ideally Gas safe qualifications.
