About the role: We are seeking to appoint suitably qualified and skilled Inclusive Learning Coordinator to be responsible for the KS4 planning and coordination of supporting learners on their courses. You will provide specialism in providing an inclusive environment to learners within our KS4 centre and ensure excellent teaching, learning, assessment, and quality assurance. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to act flexibly to adapt to a frequently changing work environment and priorities. You will be an enthusiastic, inspiring, and inclusive coordinator, with demonstrable experience of leading and motivating teams. Demonstrating an aptitude and track record of driving learner progress and, you will be a strong communicator with extensive experience in specialism. The ideal candidate will possess all or most of the following: *Significant experience of assessing the quality of supported learning delivery through a range of quality measures*Experience of mentoring learners*Curriculum leadership/coordination experience*A good knowledge and understanding of the range of support needs students may have, appropriate ways of providing for these needs and the resources available including different support modes*A recognised teaching qualification*A strong commitment to safeguarding young people*Appropriate professional qualification in either Dyslexia, Numeracy, Literacy, Disability or ESOL at level 4 or above or be willing to acquire one.
