Description About The Role Within our Ofsted rated on-resort team Nursery, we're looking for a Level 3 qualified Team Member to join us in helping to provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment in which babies and young children are supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for encouraging educational and social development in children attending the Nursery through multiple different daily activities, including games, crafts, and numeracy and literacy study. You will help support with the day-to-day care of the children's routines, promoting independence by offering nutritional and hygiene related guidance. Must have a professional manner, maintaining confidentiality regarding any issues relating to children and their families, handling them with care and empathy. You will be responsible for ensuring the Nursery remains a safe and secure place for everyone by maintaining strict health and safety standards at all times.
