This Role: Customer Liaison Officer Full Time 37.5hr per week Fixed Term Contract for a 6 Month Period Location: Twickenham, TW1 3RP MTVH are recruiting for a skilled and experienced Customer Liaison Officer to be office based and support on the delivery of a rebuild project following a major fire in 2019. The role supports the Special Projects Lead in the delivery and monitoring of all services, seeking continuous improvement and providing an excellent service to residents. What you'll need to succeed : Experience of dealing with customers from different backgrounds, presenting with complex needs is essential Experience of excellent administration skills & analysing customer feedback to achieve service improvements Attention to detail and accuracy in writing, reporting and numeracy Experience of dealing with customers face to face and responding to customer enquiries on the phone and in writing Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload A self-starter who isn?t afraid of challenge, shows innovation, empathy & passion The ability to manage and report on projects against agreed targets.
