Responsibilities for this Operations Team Leader will include: Manage contract requirements of jobs Manage and develop a team of Works Coordinators to meet service delivery demands, expectations and timescales Manage any escalated calls providing efficient and flexible response to operational issues Identify work streams and prioritise workload to ensure work is completed within contractual agreements Support management of all business areas by providing analysis and reporting information Maintain accurate and effective files/ records, including use of computerised systems Attend meetings Provide information and attend resource meetings with Managers to ensure correct staffing levels are achieved Ensure processes and procedures are in place, ensuring administrative and planning responsibilities are in order to support the delivery of the support required What we are looking for in our ideal Operations Team Leader: Previous management experience and valid driver's license, evidence of continual professional development. High level of IT skills, including Microsoft Office and a full range of administration skills. Experience of operating a computerised data base system and ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work effectively.
