This is a vital hire for the business. You will be required to to drive the business forward by designing, researching and owning the development of our client's significantly improved customer journey designs for consumer finance products. "What would I be doing on a day to day basis?" Leading UX design development to improve digital self-service, apply, loyalty initiatives and new products as needed. Developing working prototypes to bring requirements to life, to test and improve through customer research. Working closely with Product Owners and the wider business to support other areas including: Customer experience design Research & benchmarking User story and Acceptance criteria development Backlog development, refinement & prioritisation User acceptance testing Acting as centre of excellence for UX design for key initiatives - working with Brand team and external UX agencies as required. Our client, a leading provider of security solutions has an exciting opportunity available. We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will support various marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing awareness of our client's brand. Your responsibilities will include crafting 3D product renders and producing photography/video content for use in digital platforms such as email newsletters, webinars, and product launches. Key Responsibilities Develop visually engaging assets encompassing 3D renders, product testing, customer case studies, and event photography/videos. Collaborate with Sales, Technical, and Production teams to produce technically accurate 3D product renders for marketing collateral.
