Job Description

This IFA Administrator job near Coventry is ideal for an individual with experience as an Administrator within financial planning firms.

Our client is a values-based financial planning firm is motivated by achieving great client outcomes, rather than driven by sales.

You will be providing full administrative support to Financial Advisors, including:

  • Acting a main liaison between the Paraplanners and Financial Advisors
  • Updating and managing the diary system for a busy Financial Advisor
  • Liaising with clients
  • Preparing client review packs and documentation
  • Acting on post-meeting tasks
  • Dealing with letters of authority and liaising with providers to ensure new business is processed
  • Writing suitability letters
  • Processing new business on different platforms, including their own in-house DFM

IFA Administrator Requirements

  • You must have experience within financial planning (ideally, 5+ years')
  • You must have good knowledge of investments, pensions and protection products

IFA Administrator Benefits

  • Salary of £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
