As an Occupational Therapist, you ll help unlock children and young people s potential by assessing EHCP-related needs, delivering specialist interventions and supporting therapy goals to become part of everyday life. In this role, you ll: Assess children and young people s developmental and learning needs, including those linked to Education, Health and Care Plans. Develop, deliver and review individualised occupational therapy intervention plans. Work with parents, carers, teaching teams and multi-disciplinary colleagues to embed therapy goals into daily life. Equip key adults with practical strategies, evaluate impact, maintain accurate documentation and contribute to multi-disciplinary meetings. It s a varied role where you ll balance assessment, intervention, consultation and collaboration, while making a visible difference to children, families and school teams every day.
