What you ll be doing This is a practical role supporting fabrication and assembly operations, working closely with production and the wider engineering team. You ll be: Driving continuous improvement across quality, throughput, and efficiency Getting involved in new product introduction , making sure designs work in production Supporting day-to-day manufacturing challenges on the shop floor Reviewing processes and implementing better ways of working Creating and improving production documentation and instructions Working with suppliers and internal teams to keep things running smoothly It s a mix of problem-solving, improvement work, and hands-on support , not just theory. An established and growing business is looking to expand its central support function with the addition of a Customer Support & Service Coordinator. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you'll be at the centre of customer interaction, supporting service operations, driving after sales activity, and helping grow the product support side of the business. If you enjoy speaking with customers, spotting opportunities, and keeping things organised behind the scenes, this will suit you. The Role You'll play a key part in supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their equipment, from maintenance reminders through to service bookings and repairs. Working closely with internal service teams, you'll ensure issues are identified early, communicated clearly, and resolved efficiently.
