Responsibilities and Duties A Senior QS / Contract Administrator / Claims Consultant is needed to lead a team of 2 other staff to work on handling a claim from a civils subcontractor. Working using NEC contract form, the employer needs assistance to summarise and elevate a claim submitted from the subcontractor and to demonstrate within the contract that the claim is not valid or appropriate. Suitable candidates will be professional, have gravitas, be able to argue a convincing case to the client and to the subcontractor and be systematic in their work. Desired Skills and Experience Around 20 years' experience is anticipated although candidates will be reviewed on merit.
