MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Post Marketing Surveillance Vigilance Reporting Field Safety Corrective Actions Regulatory Compliance Training Quality System maintenance GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Coordinate and monitor product experience/complaint events Report to the Product Performance Group using the ECHO system Communicate and coordinate with Customer Services for the return of products for analysis Coordinate requests for additional information, as required Coordinate provision of customer feedback e.g. technical reports, as required Submit vigilance reports to Competent Authorities in UK, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Iceland Norway, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania Coordinate answers to Competent Authority questions Working with Customer Services to prepare distribution lists, as needed Coordinate answers to Competent Authority questions Maintaining training management system Producing reports for management Provide regulatory training to employees Assist manager in preparation of data/presentation of management review meetings Supplier and Distributor Controls Answering technical queries, e.g. MRI compatibility, latex/PVC content Data protection compliance REQUIREMENTS Attention to detail Good problem solving abilities BSc in science or a related field Good organising, planning, verbal and written skills. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
