About The Role We have an exciting opportunity for an Estate Supervisor to join our Estate Services team, based in Exeter. As an Estate Supervisor, you will maintain your estate to ensure it is well presented and a safe place to live. You will provide cleaning, minor repairs and horticultural duties for communal areas. On a day to day basis, you will liaise with contractors, colleagues within the organisation, customers and members of the general public. You will be required to build a good working relationship with Housing Officers and Community Connector colleagues in your area to help or enhance the estate you are responsible for.
