Temporary Contract - up until Christmas Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm or 10am to 7pm The Role We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Counterbalance FLT Operative to join our client on a temporary seasonal basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods and materials around the warehouse and yard. Key Responsibilities Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently. Loading and unloading vehicles. Moving and storing stock and materials around the warehouse/yard. Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations. Loading pallets and preparing goods for dispatch. Following all site health & safety procedures. Carrying out basic checks on the FLT and reporting any issues. Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment. Supporting the wider warehouse team during the busy seasonal period. Requirements MUST hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence/certificate. Previous Counterbalance FLT experience. Previous warehouse, yard or logistics experience preferred. Must be reliable, punctual and committed to the full temporary assignment. Good understanding of health & safety procedures. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy warehouse/yard environment.

The role will involve carrying out quality checks on moulded products, maintaining accurate records and providing general administrative support to the production and quality teams. Key Responsibilities Inspect finished and in-process moulded products to ensure they meet required quality standards and specifications. Carry out visual and dimensional quality checks, identifying defects, damage or inconsistencies. Record inspection results accurately and maintain quality documentation. Complete production, inspection and non-conformance paperwork. Report quality issues to the relevant supervisor or production team. Assist with investigating quality issues and identifying potential causes. Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets and production records.
