Key Responsibilities Perform repairs and restoration on footwear, ensuring high-quality finish and longevity. Assess product condition and recommend optimal repair or care solutions. Provide customers with expert aftercare advice on maintenance and preservation. Collaborate with store teams to deliver seamless client experiences. Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship, accuracy and presentation. Keep detailed records of repairs, fittings and completed work. Manage tools, materials and supplies responsibly in a clean workspace. Adhere to brand guidelines and health & safety protocols. What We re Looking For Proven experience in cobbling, shoe repair, leatherwork or similar craftsmanship. Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity. Customer-oriented mindset with clear, professional communication. Understanding of luxury product care and elevated service standards. Reliable, organised and self-motivated.
