ESS - Defence, Energy and Government Services is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead our catering operation at Kendrew Barracks, Cottesmore. The role involves hands-on kitchen leadership, daily meal preparation and a focus on quality in a fast-paced environment. You will manage a small team, drive food safety and hygiene standards, and work to budgeted targets while delivering nutritious meals for service personnel. This is a full-time position with a 37.5-hour week and a £30,360 pa salary.

40 hours per week/ £33900 per annum Sous Chef - RNAS Yeovilton We're looking for an experienced, hands on Sous Chef to lead our catering operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong kitchen leader who enjoys being on the tools, supporting their team, and delivering high quality food in a fast paced, structured environment. You'll be responsible for daily feeding and function activities while leading and developing a dedicated team. Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a full-time Housekeeper to deliver cleaning services for Defence facilities, contracted to 35 hours per week. The role involves maintaining cleanliness across multiple areas and ensuring safety and presentation for staff and visitors. The successful candidate will have cleaning experience, a passion for customer service, and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

The role is contracted to 35 hours per week and supports Defence, police, and government sites across the UK. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, highly organised, and flexible, with cleaning experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
