Key Responsibilities Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Diagnose and repair faults across production machinery in a safe and methodical manner Carry out preventative maintenance activities to a high standard Support breakdown response to minimise downtime and improve equipment reliability Conduct electrical machinery audits and ensure safe operation of plant equipment Perform root cause analysis and record findings to support long-term improvements Identify and implement improvements to equipment performance Operational Support Work closely with operations teams to resolve equipment issues quickly Contribute to effective shift handovers, ensuring key issues are communicated clearly Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure all engineering work is completed in line with health and safety legislation and company procedures Follow lock-off / tag-off procedures and ensure safe working practices are maintained Participate in risk assessments and support a safe working environment
