We're searching for a Store Manager who can take ownership, lead vibrant teams, and deliver best-in-class guest experiences every single day. The Role As a Store Manager at SpudBros Express, you're not just running a store - you're running a business. You'll lead a high-performing team, deliver consistently excellent guest experiences, and bring our bold food vision to life every single day. We're looking for a hands on leader who can drive results, coach from the front, and make SpudBros Express the go to comfort food spot in your city. What You'll Do Lead the Team Recruit, train, and develop a strong team of Shift Leaders and Crew. Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and team huddles to build engagement and accountability. Create a positive, productive store culture that reflects our brand values. Drive Performance Take ownership of store level KPIs: sales, labour %, COGS, and NPS. Use our tools (POS, Connecteam, training modules) to manage operations and improve results. Deliver smooth, fast, and friendly service - especially during peak times. Operational Execution Ensure your store runs like clockwork - from food prep and service speed to cleanliness and stock. Implement company standards, daily checklists, and weekly audits. Handle scheduling, ordering, health & safety, and compliance. Be a Brand Ambassador Lead by example on shift - especially during pressure moments. Engage with local marketing efforts and community outreach. Represent SpudBros Express in a way that makes guests want to come back (and bring friends).
