We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to help manage daily operations and support our team. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner Schedule appointments, site visits, and coordinate with roofing crews Maintain and update customer records using CRM software Prepare quotes, invoices, and basic reports Track jobs from initial inquiry through completion Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management Assist with bookkeeping tasks (e.g., logging expenses, basic accounts tracking) Liaise with suppliers and order materials when needed Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations Requirements: Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role Strong familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Good communication skills (written and verbal) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and take initiative Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
