Role & Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Executive: Create engaging, on-brand content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms Design graphics and visual assets to elevate social media presence Showcase achievements, developments and people across the business Manage digital campaigns, automation, re-targeting and reporting through HubSpot Create and send email newsletters to clients, partners and suppliers Track performance, analyse results and continuously optimise campaigns Plan, execute and optimise website content through SEO writing and keyword research Manage and update websites to ensure content is engaging, accurate and optimised Use WordPress to regularly refresh and improve site content and layout Analyse website performance using Google Analytics About You as the Digital Marketing Executive: Experience in a similar digital marketing role/sector Strong understanding of WordPress, SEO, social media and email marketing Experience using tools such as Google Analytics and social platforms to track results Excellent copywriting and content creation skills Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Desirable to have experience using Canva (or similar design tools) Desirable to have experience with HubSpot Driver s licence is essential.
