Title: Part-time Term-time Receptionist Department: Administration Responsible to: Bursar through the Administration Team Leader Role: To provide administrative support to the School. Main Duties & Responsibilities Receptionist Undertake reception duties including responding to telephone and personal enquiries. Administer the School Telephony system Assist with School Communication, including contacting parents, pupils and Staff. Carry out routine administrative tasks, including the collection of money and the completion of records and registers in accordance with School policy Provide administrative support - including word-processing, photocopying, filing, email. Acknowledging receipt and arranging prompt distribution of deliveries. Administration of incoming and outgoing mail and its delivery to post office. Maintenance of stationery stock and the associated records. Maintain records of all items held within the main safe, including cups and trophies. Administer the Staff Uniforms General Administration Provide cover for general administration duties including response to telephone and personal enquiries during times of holiday or other absence. Other duties as may be reasonably requested throughout the year.
