Manage quality control reviews of CP Packs, ensuring consistency, accuracy and compliance. Monitor project milestones and governance submissions to ensure audit readiness. Coordinate internal and external audits, including Deep Dive Reviews, Pack Audits and HSQE Audits. Lead remediation activities arising from audit findings and compliance reviews Respond efficiently to Gateway and EDMS applicable checks. Performance and Resource Management Analyse KPIs, identify trends and implement improvement initiatives to enhance performance. Conduct weekly resource reviews to forecast workload demands and proactively manage capacity 2-3 weeks in advance.
