Key Responsibilities: Reactive drainage work including unblocks and high-pressure water jetting (HPWJ) CCTV surveys and reporting using platforms like iTouch/WinCan, with actionable defect coding Pre-planned maintenance (PPM) for commercial and domestic properties On-site diagnostics and first-line remedial work (descaling, root cutting, basic patch repairs) Accurate job management via PDA/tablet including notes, photos, and H&S compliance Participation in on-call and overtime rota as required Note: This is a service/maintenance role no civil/excavation work required.
